Around 1940, a sincere and good-natured person from Mouza Khuspur district of Muzaffarnagar came to Mouza Badha Khera for the purpose of Imamat, who was known as Hafiz Manzoor Ahmad Sahib and started Imamat in the mosque and the local elder who was Hafiz Mubarak Ahmad Shah. With the efforts of these two gentlemen who were famous and well-known as the blind Hafiz Sahib, a plot of land adjacent to the Khanqah Mosque was donated by the late Masmaat Nasira, who belonged to a prestigious and large family. According to 1366 AH, a Madrasah was founded in 1946, which is known as Madrasa Manzoor Uloom.
